Molding materials
Hi group, we current need to use Ticona LCP Vectra MT4310 for one of ours project, is there anyone of you have Experience with this material? It would be great to hear your advices, thanks!

What kind of information? Hopefully you have not built the mold yet.

Hi Jeson&Timothy, thanks for your comments. We used to use similar LCP material. But this time my customer requires to provide Ticona LCP Vectra MT4310 themselves, which is for a cap mould need to withstand 150degree at least 20minutes. And we are going to do some machine test for this material, if you happenly have some experience with this, it would be glad to know more details of setting the machine. Thanks!

It is ok for you 150 degree temperature. The intenerating temperature is about at least 195 degree. I think it can hold it , No problem, you can check the material date sheet with your customer and material supplier .
