I am looking for alternatives for molding of a PCB.
My proffered solution would be a mold material that on top of packaging, is also isolating/shielding from magnetic fields.
Bonus is the same material can also be heating isolator.
Any hints?

You can go with Berylium Copper Inserts in your Mold

PC and PC/ABS materials with both carbon fiber and stainless steel fillers are currently available and used for circuit board facias in telecom chassis and electronic housings for automotive applications. The purpose is to provide electromagnetic shielding. There are open formulations available from RTP who also has been working with carbon nanotubes, Fixed formulations are available - GE (Sabic) Faradex and Chomerics Premiere. These are also electrically conductive at the surface.
