Hi,Mr.Bibhudatta.The size of air compressor depend of the consumption(robots, vacuum, etc.)Normally you must have a little bit more(the air flow from compressor). The chiller depend from the power of the machines, type of machines(hydraulic/electric),thermoregulators,temperature needed in injection department(in process).Normally, the companies who make these, can make the project.

Injection Time is determined by the type of material, the rate of injection utilized and the aesthetics / quality of the party being produced. The cooling time is determined by the amount of BTU's / Joules that have to be offset to get the part from a liquid ( molten plastic ) state to a solid state that is at a safe handling temperature. The MFI of the material is determine by the rheology of the material, not necessarily from the grade. Tonnage for a particular mold is determined by the projected area of the part, the type of material the part is made from and the type of injection process being used.
A mold filling / cooling computer program can give you a very sound basis for determining the answers to each of these questions.
