Are there any ribs in the part? If we know the goemetry of the part it will be easier to trouble shoot.

Weigh your part on shrouded scales. Packing may be your problem or lack of because of screw and barrel along with setting the check ring.

Dear Swapnil, Check and ensure cavity side of the mold have lesser temperature, Draft angle in the cavity side higher will be helpful for releasing parts to core side, Gentle and slow opening (initial) helps, not sure you can provide air blow at cavity side and it should operate just before opening the mold. If it is direct sprue gate, engage nozzle retraction before mold opens, hope this helps

following parameters check & implement machine & mould
Check mold for undercuts and/or insufficient draft.
Decrease booster time.
Decrease cylinder and nozzle temperature.
Decrease injection pressure.
Decrease injection-hold.
Decrease mold cavity temperature.
Increase clamp pressure.
Increase mold-close time.
Texturing on part is too deep. The parts may stick in the cavity if a new texture or a retexturing has been performed on the cavity half of the mold.
If possible add undercuts to the core to allow the part to pull out of the cavity.
