Thank you. No, the back up battery and all is ok. I just can't find where in the programming is possible to activate or de-activate that signal.

Have you called Arburg service?

Yes I tried all weekend. No luck.
I had to by-pass a couple of valves and now the machine is working but its not the right way. High risk to damage the mold.

is this related to low pressure mould safety? Try setting the low pressure f104 and f105. This may work. I am surprised you did not get response from ARBURG. We sell and service these machines in India. If you let me know your location, I can alert the Arburg guys in your area.

I think what Daniel is trying to say is that he doesn't want the mold to close if the mold ejector plate is not all the way back as determined by a micro switch. If I understand correctly mold was running and somehow a switch got shut off on the controller. As the controller is programmed and cannot be "reprogrammed" without software. Its been a while since I worked on an Arburg, and he did not say what controller it has, but I'm guessing a plug came out of a socket for this. I have no idea what "bypassing" a few valves means.

Thanx again. We didn't get service from Arburg because it was over the weekend and they are quite busy. We talked to them today and will visit us tomorrow. We are located in Mexico.
The problem has to do with programing more than pressure. Lets see tomorrow what they have to say.
