Ultem 1000 is not hard to mold. It is amorphous and requires a hot mold and large gates and runners. Sabin publishes a good processing guide. If you follow their recommendations you will be good. If you need more detailed help I am available to consult.

This material needs to be dry and stay dry. As Mr. Beck said, you need barn doors for gates and runners.
I have run this material both with a hot mold and cooler molds. If you are looking for a high heat application, you need to have a cooling rate that is slow.
If you are just looking for strength, you do not have to use hot oil or heater cartridges.
Use the shortest nozzle possible and if you are in a larger machine with a larger part, you might consider a big bore nozzle to reduce the shear. Splay will occur from both shear or moisture.

Hi Marlene , today we tested the row material Ultem Resin 1000 with existing injection mold ( designed for Valox 420 SEO ) the result are not so bad but we have air bubble in the part we couldn't avoid that.

The shrink is going to be different in the ULTEM resin as it's an amorphous resin vs VALOX..which is a semi-crystalline resin. The VALOX resin will shrink more than the ULTEM resin. Are you trying to shareshift a part from Valox resin to Ultem?
